Cyber Security – Amendment to the Cyber Security Act due to the transposition of the NIS and the DORA Regulation

This workshop will focus on the amendment to the Act on Cyber ​​Security, which transposed the EU Directive NIS 2. This amendment begins to apply from 01 January 2025. In the workshop, we will focus on the impact of the amendment to the Act on Cyber ​​Security on the business environment, as well as on individual steps necessary to implement rules in the field of cyber security. In addition to the amendment to the Act on Cyber ​​Security, the rules in the area of ​​digital operational resilience of the financial sector established by the EU DORA Regulation and its implementing regulations will come into force on 17 January 2025, and therefore in the workshop we will also focus on this regulation, which directly affects the financial sector as well as suppliers of ICT services for the financial sector.
