Compliance in advertising and misleading advertising

Do you know the line between creative advertising and misleading advertising? What else is allowed and where are there already fines? This workshop will focus on the most common offense in advertising practice, namely misleading advertising.

Among other things, you will learn:

  • what is misleading advertising
  • what are the possible consequences for the client and the spreader of misleading advertising
  • how misleading advertising is assessed in practice (selected cases from Slovakia and abroad)
  • how to stay interesting and not break the rules
