Reporting concerns about management: Conflicts of interest, independence, and reputational risk

In this workshop, we will focus on situations where a report concerns an organization’s management, raising the question of who should handle the matter independently and credibly. We will explore conflicts of interest, the design of internal processes, and the reputational risks that can arise when a report is not handled appropriately. The goal is to show how to establish procedures that protect the whistleblower, the organization, and trust in the process as a whole.
